By submitting content, you grant Game Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase any products or services from us, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and payment terms at any time. All sales are final, and refunds will be provided only as required by law.

9. Game Updates and Modifications

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Game Developer regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
